Presently located in the North West of England the building is due to be vacated around October 2011.

This building would be suitable, we feel, to an end user who could be located worldwide since being of modular construction the building can be dismantled and relocated anywhere.

The building is 5yrs old and in excellent condition and is currently being used as office, training and consulting rooms during construction of a new hospital facility.

The Buyer would be responsible for the cost of dismantling and removal from site  and this will be taken into consideration when accepting any offer for the purchase.

We are able to arrange de-construction, loading and transport if required.
