Finance Options For Your Steel Building
In order to help our Customers Three Counties Buildings Ltd have made finance options availiable.
The steel buildings provided and installed by ourselves as Three Counties Steel Buildings Ltd are now designated as acceptable assets by a panel of asset finance lenders with whom we have arranged facilities. This means if you buy a building from us, then, in most cases, we can offer you assistance with financing the cost of the building.
You will, as the client, have to arrange the initial deposit and any further payment due before delivery and erection, but upon completion, the lenders will, subject to status, lend up to 90% of the full cost of the steel building and it's erection on terms that vary according to your credit rating. This will include refund to you of your stage payments (less the deposit required under the finance agreement).
All our funding arrangements are handled by 'The Oxford Funding Company Ltd' who will deal with you direct to secure you the optimum facility, and the optimum way of funding for tax purposes.
